How to Check In
Program Your Radio
Set your radio to the net frequency and PL tone listed above. Make sure your radio is in repeater mode with the correct +5 MHz offset.
Listen First
Tune in a few minutes early and listen. Wait for net control to open the net and call for check-ins before transmitting.
Give Your Callsign
When net control calls for check-ins, key up briefly and give your FCC callsign. Net control will acknowledge you and add you to the list.
Participate
Once checked in, listen for your callsign. Net control may pass traffic, ask for comments, or run a round-table. Enjoy the community!
